Features:

I. Model Explanation

FS1015CL: SiXiang MEMS thermal mass flow series (without split-flow straight-through structure)

100: Range 0 - 100 SLPM (standard liters per minute, at standard pressure and 20°C)

ISO: ISO15mm medical standard cannula interface (commonly used in ventilators)

C: Dual output: 0.5 - 4.5V analog voltage + IIC digital signal

II. Core Electrical & Performance Parameters

Range: 0 - 100 SLPM, range ratio 100:1 (can measure very small flow rates), minimum startup flow rate < 0.5 SLPM

Accuracy: ±(1.5% reading + 0.2% FS); repeatability ≤ 0.25% FS

Power Supply: DC 5V ± 5%, total power consumption ≤ 50mW (low power consumption, built-in power supply in the device) Output

Simulation: 0.5V (0 flow rate) to 4.5V (full scale 100SLPM) linear voltage

Thermal mass flow measurement, no need for temperature and pressure compensation, directly outputs standard mass flow rate (not affected by temperature and pressure fluctuations)
