II. Working Principle (NDIR Non-Dispersive Infrared)
Infrared light source emits broadband infrared light;
Gas Absorption: CH₄ has strong absorption at 3.3 μm, while the reference channel (3.91 μm) does not absorb;
Dual-channel Differential: The measurement channel signal decays with CH₄ concentration, and the reference channel compensates for light source drift, temperature, and interference;
Thermosensitive Element converts infrared energy changes into voltage signals, output proportional to gas concentration;
Film Process + Built-in High-Resistance Amplifier, high signal-to-noise ratio, low drift, strong stability.
