Product Description:
YJJ H2S-100 4R+ C03-0907-001 Electrochemical SulfuricAcid H2S Sensor for Portable/Fixed Gas Detectors
Features:
H2S-100 4R + C03 - 0907 - 001: This 4R + interface electrochemical hydrogen sulfide (H2S) sensor module from RAE Systems is specifically designed for portable/fixed gas detectors. It can accurately measure H2S concentrations ranging from 0 to 100 ppm and is suitable for various industrial safety and petrochemical scenarios. It features rapid response, stable output, and resistance to interference. Core parameters
Parameter Category Specific Parameters Remarks
Measurement Range 0 - 100 ppm H2S, overload 200 ppm Suitable for most industrial H2S monitoring scenarios
Detection Principle Electrochemical Through the oxidation-reduction reaction of H2S at the electrode, a current signal proportional to the concentration is generated
Response Time T90 ≤ 15s Quickly captures leaks and meets alarm timeliness requirements
Resolution 0.1 ppm Accurately identifies minute concentration changes
Linearity Linear output Stable throughout the full range, easy to calibrate
Operating Conditions Temperature - 20~50℃; humidity 15-95% RH (no condensation); pressure 86-116 kPa Adapted to harsh industrial environments
Interface Type 4R + standard interface Compatible with BW, RAE series detectors, supports quick replacement
Physical Characteristics Weight approximately 5g, size compatible with detector slots Adaptable for both portable and fixed installation
Life and Warranty 2-year lifespan in air; 2-year warranty period Reliable performance under original storage conditions
Interference Resistance Low interference from common gases, sensitive to high concentrations of Cl2, SO2, etc. Avoid contact with strong oxidizing gases Working principle
Using an electrochemical three-electrode system, the H2S gas diffuses into the sensor. After that, an oxidation reaction occurs at the working electrode, generating electron transfer and forming an electric current. The magnitude of the current is proportional to the concentration of H2S. The auxiliary electrode stabilizes the potential, and the reference electrode provides a reference potential. Through circuit amplification, it is converted into a readable ppm signal, enabling precise monitoring.
