I. Basic Description
The MPxx5010 series piezoresistive sensors are advanced single-chip silicon pressure sensors, specially designed for a wide range of application scenarios, particularly suitable for microcontroller or microprocessor systems equipped with A/D input. This sensor combines advanced micro-machining technology, thin-film metallization process, and bipolar processing technology, providing an accurate high-level analog output signal proportional to the applied pressure. Its axial ports have been improved to be compatible with industrial-grade pipelines.


II. Characteristics
Within the temperature range of 0°C to 85°C, the maximum error is 5.0%.
It is highly suitable for systems based on microprocessors or microcontrollers.
It uses durable epoxy resin monomers and thermoplastic (PPS) surface mount packaging.
Temperature compensation has been carried out within the temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
It adopts a patented silicon shear stress strain gauge.
It offers differential and gauge pressure configuration options.
It provides surface mount (SMT) or through-hole (DIP) packaging configurations.
